Cat Painting....Humbug!
Just received one of those chain emails you get with loads of 'funny' pics, you know the ones.. This time the subject is .. Cat Painting. Unbelievable..
No offence to our stateside friends but this again appears to be an American craze. Now I like art in many different forms, I especially love street painters and am very impressed with 3D tattoo work but this kind of expression winds me up.. Cat's being impecibally clean creatures must hate been covered in paint, so I can't help again feel very sorry for the cat's having to go through such an ordeal just so someone can show off.
I'd post some pics to demonstrate but don't want to promote this anymore than I already have done so just google for cat painting to see what I'm referring to.

This was real paint. It stated they pay up to $15'000 USD for the 'work' and it needs redoing every 3 months.
One of them was a Maine Coon, as if he coat wasnt lovely enough already !

I dont care what anybody says, but I think this humiliation is just another form of animal cruelty. Still amazes me what owners do to their pets just for their own amusement
