Yes I agree, had to happen though every year that is snows one of the buses have been in an accident, but the traffic was so bad the next bus to pick them up would have taken hours, with the help of my tom tom and the back streets, I managed to get from Oldenzaal to Denekamp... then back home.
My boss told me the next day he left 1 hour after me and it took him 2 hours to get home.. so must have got a lot worse for some after I left!

He is getting there though yesterday was the longest day on his own, and he has rubbed the wound with the collar, roll on weekend and then we can take it off for a while, when we are there!! more snow on its way tomorrow... thankfully I only have to drive to work in it and not to the vets! No stiff drink, I had to make dinner feed and clean all the cats then I just fell in to bed!

A must have for xmas
Great that he is already jumping up onto things, shows he has already adjusted to three legs & when he is given freedom from collar there will be no stopping him.
Just right for getting up speed to enjoy chasing all that xmas wrapping round the floor.
Those horrible days leading up to & just after the op will soon be a blip in the past.
Fingers crossed that there is not too much more snow when you have to visit the vets again, one marathon sounds quite enough... x

Poseidon has his collar off..
We have taken his collar off, his wound is dry and looks brilliant, he is going to the vets tomorrow for the stitches out, but all in all he is brilliant, he took him self off upstairs for the first time in over 9 days.. and came back down again..
He is back with his pals and they are taking care of him.
We had some visitors yesterday looking at kittens and he went right up to them and just sat there looking at them purring...
They though he was awesome.. which is is but we are biased... lol
