How true that is Howlinbob,I have just been cleaning out the cats room & thinking of where the new babe might sleep & from that moved on to thinking about China, without loosing her we wouldn't even have given a thought to another one, thoughts then drifted to all the others we have lost big & small & I ended up in such a state that I had to stop for coffee & try & get myself sorted out a bit,at this point I have a half chopped onion sitting in the kitchen so if anyone comes to the door I can say that is the cause of the still red rimmed eyes, how sad is that, some days are happy thoughts about passed furries & some days....x

My beloved Meme has been gone 16 years this October and I still tear up when I think of her, a truly wonderful cat who taught me all about unconditional love.

Very sorry to read about Sooty - 17 years must be a huge loss to bear. The account of her last day has just brought a tear to my eye x
