Typical daily diet here at Badsworth...
Breakfast here today, is Minced Beef, with Minced Beef heart
Dinner is 2 day old pre-frozen defrosted chicks, and Chicken Breast to include the neck and Carcass...
Breakfast changes, Minced Rabbit, Lamb, and or Fish is what they get other days, also Head Meat, and throat Meat.
Dinner usually is the same but can alternate between, turkey instead of chicken..
Multi cats photos here... proving they can and do adjust to it despite a life of Buiscuits....
Present are:-
Morgana Lilac Abyssinian -- BARF fed from the age of 4 months
Sadie, Blue and white Bi colour British shorthair -- Barf fed from Birth
Tessa Blue Cream British Shorthair -- BARF fed from 4 months

The others grabbed a mouth full off the trays and ran through the cat flap out side in the run!!
Ps, you will see another invention of mine, a converted IKEA, drawer set converted in to warm cosy cat beds for the bubs...Last edited by debbie560; 12th February 2012 at 05:55 PM.

Great pics debbie. I think it's amazing how you managed to transition all of them... some people really struggle with getting their kitties to eat raw.
Oh, and I love what you did with the Ikea drawers.

Hi Antonia,
It was not easy, specially with the older one... like Frodo and Faria... who had only eaten buiscuits and cooked food... But basically I kept at it.. Frodo lost a lot of weight in the begining ( but he needed too) so did Faria... but ALL my cats are now loving the food... and I will never go back...
I have the Tinlo food .NL for the Mince mince its fantatic.. and I found a supermarket in NL PLUS that do the minced heart and the heart cubes... and Tinlo also do the head and Cheek meat..
I made the the unit other day, they were in Ambers room for her playstation gear, but she is too old for it now.. and I had them in the Attic room.. but they were really only collecting dust... and so I thought I will try it and the cats love it..
I am on my next project after seeing something Monika Dany made in her home... with an IKEA unit.. I am going to glue thick carpet on all sides and use the shelves with boxes.... for little hidy holes... they will not trash that lol...
I worked it out and it will be cheaper than paying another hundred plus euros for another cat scratch they wil trash...

My Coonies love the Tinlo mince as well. They get some for breakfast every day. I used to buy wonderful rabbit carcasses from that company as well, but sadly they don't carry them any longer - only the rabbit heads which my Coonies won't eat.
I will email you a list of other suppliers in Holland, for your blog.
LOL - How to recycle your kid's furniture.
I am thinking of using such a cupboard to make a see-through kitty-friendly separation wall between the living room and the home office.
