Photos of my Raggies - Friends to my future MC!

Here are some photos of Miles (Seal Bicolour - nearly 2) and Koji (Blue Lynx Colourpoint - 18 months) my Ragdolls. Towards the end of the year we want to get a MC to complete our crazy cat family! I am hoping these brothers will accept a little MC kitten in thier lives (who will eventually out grow them both, even though Miles and Koji are not small kitties!)

Photos taken during supervised outdoor visit to the garden...

They're gorgeous...we toyed with the idea of a Ragdoll, but decided on a MC. Are they as placid as everybody says?

Yea, ours are, they really do go floppy when you pick them up! Koji more so, he just slumps over my shoulder when I pick him up. They only thing is I can't harness train them, as the sensation of the harness around thier body makes them "Ragdoll" (go floppy) and when they walk with the harness they just look drunk lol. It's quite hilarious to watch, though I'm sure they'd rather not be wearing it! I should take a video...

They are very laid back, they greet me at the door when I come in from work and follow me from room to room demanding endless belly rubs. They are always rolling over sticking thier feet in the air for someone to come and rub thier belly!

Miles is 12lb and Koji (the younger) is 11lb, both have up to 2 years growing to do still but I don't anticipate their weights changing too much from now on, thier coats get gradually get darker as they get older though.

Miles has earnt the nickname "Aslan" among our friends lol, as he is the biggest cat we all have between us and has a mane!

Yes, it was interesting watching Miles grow up and seeing his colour change. He has white patches along his spine which you couldn't see as a kitten, and now there's such a contrast between the white bits and his seal colouring. They are both about average size for thier age, though Koji is 11 months old so still has a lot of growing to do, though your raggie sounds like a monster! Koji is a blue lynx, so he has some tabby markings to come through, though being blue they won't be all that vivid, but recently he's been getting so much darker, was practically white for about 6 months!

I can't wait to get our coonie! Though this will happen probably end of Dec, beginning of Jan so a while to wait yet! I'm getting a bit obsessed already...
