What does your cat do when caught in the rain...?

Pansy was tucked up indoors in her bed & the four boys were outside when it just p****d it down, one ran back into the pen,one ran indoors & shook water everywhere, one ran to the "summer"!!!house & one.....!!!!
Loved how he popped his head out to see if it was still raining,I think that poor shelter just might have to be replaced.

How did I know before I looked at the pictures which cat that would be Great pictures; think the second one has just got Coonie written all over it. At least yours stay dry, mine playing in the puddles, chases the rain drops then comes in a shakes like a dog.

My friend and housemate of the time labelled ol' George the "catometer". He was an excellent device for weather measurement. He loved to go out in the rain, wonder around, come back and let us know... if his back was wet then it was still raining, if his tummy was wet them it had been raining, if his fur was cold it was cold etc.

He strutted over the rainbow bridge 2 years ago this Saturday. Got a tear just typing this.

Had a feeling you would cotton on to which one didn't quite have the sense to go another couple of steps to be safe & dry indoors, just got to luv him though....

Will be thinking of you and George on Saturday as well Peter, George sounds like he was such a character. I've seen his picture on FB and he looks such a sweetie no wonder you still feel like this.
