Suddenly soppy / cuddly MC
Buddy has always liked his night time cuddles, sleeping on my bed and fighting me for my pillow; and would sometimes grace my lap with a cuddle but over the last week he has got really soppy and wants cuddles ALL the time. He's taken to leaping at me as I come in the front door and staying attached to me the whole time. If I'm cooking or washing up he lays on the worktop next to me and puts his paw out to touch me every few minutes. If I'm sitting down he is occupying my lap, and he has taken to curling up under the duvet by my tummy at night. I've just had to have a bath with him draped round my shoulders! No he's not dry.
I'm not complaining, in fact I love him being so close, but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this or has he finally found his paws and settled down? For those that don't know he is 7 1/2 and I got him from Rescue 5 months ago.

Same here with Merlyn,he was always friendly but not in your face like the other boys but in the last 6 to 9 months he has become full on which I love but not so much the drooling all over you that now seems to go with it first thing in the morning, have thought about taking the shower gel & towel to bed with me could save some water....!

They change; Leo has been getting more confident and cuddly recently. He doesn't like to share human time so if either of the others are around he will be hanging back and aloof. Last night I had him on one side and Bertie on the other. And he seems to be asking for more attention too. 'tis sweet - and he get the time too!

Aww, that's lovely Karen, sounds to me like he's decided that he's landed on his paws at last and he wants to stay with you forever! Enjoy those Buddy cuddles! (and let's see a pic or two!) xxx

His behaviour sounds awfully sweet... but a bit impractical at times, especially when taking a bath.
