Advice on how to keep fit....!!!!
Certain furries of mine think they should pass this on to help with the fitness of all other MC cats out there, taken seriously it could keep our most favourite friends looking trim....
Shimba starts it off by showing how to stretch & hold rear leg by front one, count to ten, relax then repeat, tones the muscles {he takes relax part a bit too far though]
Wellynton Boots had heard that by working the jaws it helps stop a double chin forming but also an odd half eyed wink works equally as well....
Ruby Blue says stretch arms out as far as possible makes the chest muscles tight, oops another taking relax part a bit too far....
Bruce says b****r it all just fall asleep on the toy basket & everyone will have a peaceful time & his no work outs seem to be just as good,zzzz's....

That is great fun to watch Jackie.
I think little Minnie could join the club... this afternoon I was playing with her with a stringy toy. She rolled over on her back, then curled up and put both her hind legs behind her ears with her little face peeking out between the hind feet!

Not much to report at the moment Candes she is long & thin weighed 3.70kgs at 22 weeks & except for when she is asleep not able to get photos of her,if she is having fun with the boys or up to something amusing as soon as the camera appears she stops, sits down & puts her head to one side & poses, not very exciting, hopefully when the rain decides to stop & she can go out in the garden there will be something better to show....x
