After A Long Wait Meet Orion
After waiting over 2 years due to litter hardships, we finally have our first Maine Coon: Orion. Unfortunately a second male kitten in this litter wasn't in the cards for us, his brother is going to a someone who is going to show. I think waiting for our second MC kitten will work out well in the end, this allows him to come into his own without having to compete with his brother. He was the shy kitten in the litter, but he is showing his true Maine Coon personality.
The first night (Sunday) he just wanted to hide in the room we setup for him. Yesterday when we got up, we started playing with him which really broke the ice. Then his new brother Leo wanted nothing more than to meet Orion, the feeling seemed mutual. We let Leo in to meet him, Orion hissed twice at him, then they started playing. Saphira, our 12 pound (5.5 kg) long hair, calico female rescue, is taking longer to befriend Orion; it took her about a week to like Leo when she arrived.
Orion is 13 weeks old tonight, he's 4 pounds 8 ounces (2 kg), he's blue with low white classic tabby.
Here's Orion at 12 weeks 6 days (yesterday) with Leo.

That is an absolutely beautiful little boy, and his playmate is awfully nice-looking also. You're going to have lots of fun having your kitties play and interact together. I wish them all the best.
