    Hi there, all good advice.

Regarding vaccinations, there is an argument that says after a young cat's initial vaccs there is no need to continue with a yearly booster, after all we don't do this to children. My previous vet (now retired) told me that if my cat didn't go out then there was really no need to vaccinate every year. However, catteries and pet insurance companies will require an up to date vaccination record, so you will need to keep this up if you are going to use either of these things.
