Thinking about two more...
Hi all, we currently have a male & female Maine coon, the breeder where we got them has had another litter & were tempted by two more males, my question is will the three males get on ok? I don't want to stress out or upset Sam our current male. They will all be neutered & Sam was neutered when he was old enough, he'll be two in March, they're such amazing animals!

Hi Fingers
Lucky you, another couple of furries ... heaven! We haven't had any problem re males from different litters getting on ... we've got one elderly 'moggy' (he's 17.5 years), three 3 yr old MCs (2 boys & a girl) and two 1 yr old MCs (boy & girl). We were very relaxed about introducing them - just let them get on with it, but we were always in the same room with them. In fact we found that Tess (3 yr old girl) was the most upset ... she growled and hissed at Archie (1 yr old boy) whereas the two boys virtually ignored him! It didn't take long for Tess to come round, but we were amazed at the boys reaction - they were fantastic!
Pictures please!

hi Fingers - oooh that's great - two more babies in the house! :-)
I have only ever had territorial females so I couldn't advise you on introducing males, I'm sure others will - but from all the threads I've seen so far, I see no reason why it should be different.
