My Previous Owner?
Hey all, Mummy has forgotten her password so letting me post.
Could all of you that are on mine and Mummy slaves facebook's please be a little bit careful what you put on our walls. We have a had a mutual friend for a while who has changed her name in the last few days and it turns out its my old owners widow. Mummy is a bit worried that she is going to try and claim me back. She wanted to visit me tomorrow but has been put off as Mummy has a new job and needs her beauty sleep (her words not mine - I'm still being good). Any advice anyone has about how we deal with this would be greatly appreciated. Mummy doesn't want to upset my old owner as I was her husbands until he died but she doesn't want me upset now as I seem to be really settled, some of you know, and I've posted on here that I am finally eating properly and not having any problems in the litterbox department. My fur has grown back and the mats are history. I'm not depressed anymore, which I was was when I came here. Everyone on here has been fantastic in helping with getting me back to full health and I have my little LouLou on route soon - so you will understand how unsettling this is.
You humans live a confusing life. Chicken and dreamies anyone? xxxx

I would tell the former owner's widow that you require special care and diet to maintain your fragile health, it's not a lie you're kind of a labor extensive kitty.
The ex's widow would probably be better off with a short haired Moggy, no problems with matting.

It would be pretty cheeky for your former owner's widow to expect you back after slave has nursed you back to health and given you her heart.
She's paid all your medical expenses, that make her yours.

All sorted, thanks for your support. Buddy is not going any where. The lady in question has now been given the opportunity to foster a moggy for a week or two to see how she reacts. Thank you for your support xx
