I Fear For Ran-Gan's....
...Manhood. Psycho cat came in when I got home. Ran right for the food, kept Ran-Gan from it 'til he was finished. Later I discovered Ran-Gan cowering behind the furniture with Psycho cat hovering around his only means of escape. I couldn't coax Ran-Gan out for love or food. Alas! He's just not cut out to be 'Laird-o-Th'manor'.
Only SideWinder to keep Psycho in check now.

so, question, is Psycho now part of the family, you think?
if he's part of the family, may be adding some Feliway plugins around the area, to keep them less territorial (Psycho) and anxious (Ran-Gan).... it's all a question of pheromones and scents and stuff, so I guess changing the scent around the house might help a bit (it takes up to 3 weeks to act by the way, so if you decide to try and it doesn't work immediately don't stop using it...)
is he calm enough that he could be rehomed if not part of the family? may be a nice family might want to have a slightly crazy cat siamese? some people like that sort of things ;-)

Ran-Gan's hiding again. The gran'daughter and The gran'niece are down visiting 'Nahna' (course they are, no one wants to visit the old cantankerous, difficult to get along with 'Pahpa'). They somehow or other struck fear in his heart and he doesn't even come in when they are here. They are 11 and 13 respectively so the days of abusing animals without realizing it are gone. I think it must be he's like me and could do without a lot of strange people around.
'Course...SideWinder avoids them too.
