Still in recovery !!!! lol
Well this is me still recovering from Sunday night !! The concert was just Fabulous and it took me back to my youth again. I was jumping up and down, head banging and all sorts, as was Sarah who grew up with me playing their music so she knows all the songs to !! We were right down ground level, having left our seats for a better view, and it is much easier to jump up and down when you are on the flat so to speak !! lol But boy is my back suffering now, I dont know how I didnt feel it at the time, lost in the moment I guess and the speakers were so near that I literally felt my heart pounding !! Oh to be honest I felt like 18 again, just for those two and a half hours they were on it took me back and I was lost in the moment ! Non stop music and the best of it was, as my lovely daughter pointed out, everyone, well nearly everyone was either getting a pension or nearly ready to get their pension. It was all great fun !! These guys are in there late 60's and they were jumping about as if they were in their 20's dont have a clue how they do it !!
some pictures my daughter took, feel lucky I am not sharing the 100 that she took !! pmsl yes she did take over a hundred pictures !!! lol

Chris, that is so Awesome!!!! I have not been to a live show in a long while. Are your ears still ringing? I am glad you and the daughter had a good time!

Donna you are right my ears are still ringing, comes from standing to near speakers !!! lol Oh you should pick a concert and go, you will be amazed at how young it makes you feel again, even if its just for that night !! lol Originally Posted by donnad
