Four legged friends
Thought I might post some pics of my other babies, unfortunately I cant bring them home and settle them by the fire at night, although I would dearly love to !!! lol
This is my Star, he is such a gentle giant and there isnt a bad bone in his body ! he is 21
Hamish McTavish he is 17, my friends little girl just loves to bring him in and groom him down !
This is George and Me, my first horse and best ever friend, he passed away at 35 years old I still miss him so much.
Some of the menage saying goodbye as we left the stables !
This is Paddy now 17, he loved to jump !
This is Foxy Sarah's first competition horse who passed a year ago at the ripe old age of 40 and Sarah was devastated and by fate or luck, call it what you want I went to see a horse that was desperately in need of rescue two months later and it was Foxy's 16 year old sister ! So she just had to come home, she is his absolute spit, looks and charater as well, so it sort of took some of the pain away and still gave Sarah that connection to her 'main man'. Now Jaffa looks as good as Foxy did.
So thats some of the herd, I wont bore you any longer just thought I would show you some of my other babies ! lolChris X

ChrisX, What beautiful horses! My friend had a quarter horse when we were teens, his name was Sundance. We rode that horse all over the town. Sundance was a very gentle horse. I have always like horses, but this city kid has never owned any.

Thanks Donna we love our babies ! I have only ever seen one quarter horse at a yard we used to be on. So agile and intelligent, they used to go into competition with him doing all the western stuff like cutting out cattle etc., he did very well. Sundance sounds lovely, I have a passion for gentle horses. Donna if you ever feel the urge to have a horse in your life, rescue one, the love you get from them is so immense.
Thanks for posting, i really appreciate it xChris X

What beautiful horses. I've never actually been horse riding since I was a teenager. I had a friend who made me get on without a saddle and it scared me a bit. Would love to try it again though, they're so elegant.
