I have never used supplements as I don't think they are really necessary if you are generally getting the raw food balance right.
What I would say though, is have regular feeding times, and clear the dishes away afterwards. This discourages them from becoming picky, as they learn to eat what's there or it will be taken away. If they know there is kibble around all day then they might not bother eating the raw, especially if you are trying new suppliers. Some cats will not eat raw if they can so much as smell the kibble in the cupboard. My cats wait 10 hours from breakfast to be fed again in the evening. They have nothing to graze on in between so they are very hungry when I get home and pounce on their food, whatever it might be. They usually get a little top-up at bedtime too.
Kittens need feeding a bit more often though, so if you are out all day you might have to leave some food down, at least until your baby is older.
